1.0 PREFACE
  The FOUNDATION is dedicated to assisting its member firms in preventing the unlicensed duplication of original designs.
2.0 PATENT INITIATIVE
  Susan E. Farley, Esq. has developed a Patent Initiative designed to assist FOUNDATION members obtain U.S. Design Patents at a reasonable cost. This information is available to members who are in good standing in the FOUNDATION.
3.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW
3.1 Susan E. Farley, Esq. authored an article describing the basic principles of intellectual property law. It is designed to be used in conjunction with the advice of legal counsel. Reading the article prior to contacting an attorney can assist one in understanding your attorney's advice and alleviate the need for your attorney to explain these fundamental principles to you.
3.2 Susan E. Farley, Esq. authored an outline of the types of protection available and the particular features and limitations of each.
